The Market Responds to the Democrat’s Blue Tsunami: $3.4T Wiped in One Day

The Dems may want to hold off on the celebrations.

The stock market, which is an indicator of how much confidence investors have in not only a business but also a country just began a massive sell off with dozens of tech stocks taking a hit.

Nearly $3.4T dollars in company value just disappeared, indicating that many aren't happy about the Democrats promise to end the building of data centers and slow the growth of AI.

This will have a massive impact directly on Mayor Mamdani and his 2027 budget, which has relied heavily on Wall Street bonuses to cover promises like "free buses" and taxpayer subsidized grocery stores. His new budget plan is due in January, and without the additional Wall Street bonuses the boy Mayor may be strapped and unable to cover the promises made in his campaign.

While the market will likely rebound, it does show one thing: confidence in a group of professional protestors and failed art students to lead this country isn't high.
